Audio capture extension checks

Most recording issues come from browser permissions, the wrong tab being active, or starting from outside the session workspace. These checks cover the common cases before you contact us.

  • Use a Chromium-based browser and keep the browser tab with the telehealth session active.
  • Confirm browser permissions allow tab audio capture before starting the recording.
  • Start recording from the relevant Citt.ai session page so the transcript lands in the right workflow.
  • If audio does not connect, sign out and back in, then reload the meeting tab and the Citt.ai session page.
